This electroplated stainless steel iron frying basket has a durable mesh surface for frying many foods and letting oil flow through. It has a double-layer handle, removable construction, and a hanging hole for handling and storage. The basket can hang on the edge of a compatible fryer for draining and use in restaurants, food trucks, or home kitchens.
Features
Durable Metal Mesh: Electroplated stainless steel iron resists rust and corrosion, while the mesh lets oil circulate around different foods.
Double Layer Handle: The double-layer stainless steel handle is comfortable to hold when lifting or moving the basket; wear suitable protective equipment around hot oil and avoid touching hot metal.
Removable for Storage: Detach and reattach the handle to save storage space, and use the rear hanging hole to hang the basket when not in use.
Hanging Fryer Design: Hang the basket on a compatible fryer edge to drain oil and remove food; check the basket fits the fryer and hangs securely before use.
Frying Multiple Foods: Use for fries, fish pieces, sausages, samosas, and onion rings in restaurants, food trucks, and home kitchens.
